Online Tickets
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions as noted herein form the basis of any contract between Heveningham Concours and yourself. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. Heveningham Concours does not refund tickets under any circumstances. Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold. Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person. Please bring along your ticket on the day of the event. We reserve the right not to admit entry for any attendee who fails to bring their ticket to the gate and whose purchase cannot be verified. Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification. Tickets shall be posted to you at the nominated address provided prior to the event and you will receive your ticket no later than 3 days prior to the event. General Terms & Conditions
Clients, (which term shall include ticket buyers, visitors etc), shall be bound by the conditions, rules and regulations set forth in this agreement. Heveningham Concours has full power to interpret or amend these rules, providing that such amendments and additions do not diminish the rights reserved for the client under this contract. Clients are expected to comply with all Heveningham Concours regulations and any and all Government rules and regulations. Attendance hours shall be controlled solely by Heveningham Concours and any admission shall be by ticket only. Heveningham Concours and its Employees or Agents are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage by fire or injury of any nature to any person or article. Heveningham Concours and its Employees or Agents are not responsible for loss, damage or delay resulting from acts of war, civil commotion, strikes or lockouts intervention or regulation, military activity or any other circumstances which shall make it impossible or inadvisable for the event at a time and place provided, and it reserves the right to reschedule the event at another date. Heveningham Concours is not responsible for any loss due to cancellation, abandonment, postponement or curtailment in whole or in part of the event for causes outside its control. This agreement shall be governed by and construed according to UK law. In any dispute under this agreement the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of any competent court within the UK.
